This theme is designed to work with the original Splinter Cell theme in Cydia. This theme will simply change the icons and text color etc. everything else (background, music player, sound effects, etc.) will be that of the cydia theme. Download the cydia theme that has transitioning backgrounds and run this theme along with it. If you have any suggestions or comments, comment on one of my themes and i will get back to you asap.
