EliOS, my second theme after the creation of PrimiOS.

I have created and themed stock icons and added some other with one Wallpaper and other UI modifications.

EliOS from greek hélios, means sun, so i wanted to make a fervent theme that heats with a look again at the simplicity because i am a beginner in making themes/design.
