This theme consists of a orange-y type wallpaper and slider at the lock screen, but with neon blues and purples inside. I tried to get blue/purple for all, but some didn't have blue/purple so I resorted to black. Cydia, obviously doesn't have both, so I just chose random for Cydia. Anyway, enjoy!
