This isn't a one tap installation. I install, use the tweaks LockBar extender, Shrink(66%), infinidock (7-8 icons), five icon row, five icon column.
Use lockbar extender, place safari-mail-photos-iPod to dock. Place one blank icon between any non-blank icon on the dock. Then install this theme. Respring, done!
